We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Cleftomaniac. If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges. You can return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team.
REFUND PROCESS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. Any product that has been customized or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged.
